  1. Saratoga Spa State Park

19 Roosevelt Drive, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

Saratoga Spa State Park is a 2,379-acre state park located in Saratoga Springs, NY. Saratoga Spa State Park is distinguished by its classical architecture and listed as a National Historic Landmark. In addition to Saratoga Performing Arts Center, the Spa Little Theater, the National Museum of Dance, the Saratoga Automobile Museum, and the Gideon Putnam Resort and Roosevelt Baths and Spa, the park offers a multitude of traditional recreational opportunities. The park also is home to the Peerless Pool, Saratoga Spa State Park Golf Course, and the Creekside Classroom.

  1. Congress Park

268 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

Congress Park is located in downtown Saratoga, NY and is home to a historic wooden carousel designed by Marcus Charles Illions. The carousel opens for the year in early May for weekends only, until the school year ends in mid to late June, then operates daily from late morning until dusk. After Labor Day, the carousel returns to weekend-only hours through to Halloween.  It is also open for many special events in Saratoga Springs, including the Victorian Streetwalk in December and First Night Saratoga on New Year’s Eve. The park also features a small pond, statues, and a few mineral springs.

High Rock Park is home of the Saratoga Springs Farmers Market, 9-1-1 sculpture and many of our mineral springs and a gazebo. The Saratoga Springs Farmers Market is held every Saturday, 9:30am – 1:30pm with the winter locations being held at Wilton Mall.

  1. Yaddo Gardens

312 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

Yaddo Gardens was a gift from Spencer Trask to his wife Katrina in 1899. The gardens are situated on lower and upper terraces divided by a pergola. The lower part, which includes the Rose Garden, is more formal, and reflects Italian and French Renaissance influences. The upper part, located above and beyond the pergola, is a woodland rock garden, a style that came into fashion in the late nineteenth century. Both gardens have fountains and are a popular attraction during nice weather.

Saratoga National Historical Park is a United States National Historical Park. The park preserves the site of the Battles of Saratoga, the first significant American military victory of the American Revolutionary War. The park features many attractions including climbing the Saratoga monument, hiking through Victory Woods, hiking Wilkinson trail and tour of the Philip Schuyler Country Estate.

630 Crescent Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

The Waterfront Park opened in July of 2015 and sits on a four-acre parcel of land off Crescent Avenue. The park features a sandy beach, and a small amphitheater that allows for community events overlooking Saratoga Lake.
